Sam joined the JLL industrial team in early 2011 commencing as the QLD industrial analyst and developing a strong understanding of the broader South East Queensland Industrial market. Sam has extensive knowledge and experience handling various appointments and transactions including investment & vacant possession sales, leasing & pre-leasing requirements, development deals, land estate marketing and project marketing. Sam’s core area of focus is the central southern industrial precincts of Brisbane where he specialises in formal marketing campaigns of properties for sale and/or lease coupled with controlling a broad range of tenant and purchaser requirements.
