Scott joined the JLL team in 2014 commencing as the JLL Graduate. This role provided him with a broad knowledgebase of the South East Queensland Commercial & Industrial market which he has been able to apply to his current role as an Executive. Scott has extensive knowledge and experience in various appointments and transactions including running tenant briefs, controlling buyer mandates, investment & vacant possession sales, leasing & pre-leasing requirements, development deals, land estate marketing and project marketing. Scott’s core area of focus is the south-western industrial regions of Brisbane where he specialises in formal marketing campaigns of properties for sale and/or lease coupled with controlling a broad range of tenant and purchaser requirements.
